Activated Biofilter

Organic combination of denitrification and deep bed filtration function, a sewage treatment process integrating physical filtration and biological (membrane) oxidation, set in the secondary sedimentation tank, can be combined with other treatment units, simultaneous removal of nitrate-nitrogen (NO3-N) and suspended solid particles (SS), suitable for new sewage treatment plants and upgrading, to solve the problem of total nitrogen exceeded.   

The wastewater treatment process developed by the biofilm method can achieve the removal of SS, COD, BOD, nitrogen and other functions in the same unit, which has the characteristics of high organic load, small footprint and low energy consumption. 

The V-type filter is controlled by the water level instrument to adjust the action of the water outlet valve, and the valve position can automatically control the opening Angle according to the water level, so that the pool water is filtered at a constant water level. Under normal circumstances, sand filter material is used, and when the filter material needs to be backwashed, the automatic control system controls the valve to complete the gas-water backwashing process of the filter material, so as to enter the next filtration process.
