Sedimentation

By adding qualified micro-sand as insoluble medium particles, the floc can be induced to grow rapidly and precipitate, thereby obtaining high-speed precipitation effect, shortening settling time and improving production efficiency. The bottom mud and sand can be recycled and micro-sand can be reused. As one of the most efficient sedimentation processes, the micro-sand sedimentation tank is suitable for both wastewater treatment plants and waterworks.

The filter backwash drainage valve plate in the working process is from 0 to 90 degrees in the range of controllable flip, so called flip filter, this process perfectly solves the high standard water quality of multi-layer filter material needs, allowing any combination of filter material, backwash strength is large, filter material is not lost, less water consumption and other characteristics, flip filter is one of the optional production process of water plant.
